Beginning in 2015, I set aside my IT career of ten years in Switzerland and Australia to pursue a more fulfilling vocation in life coaching, supporting clients on their way to leading a more empowered, meaningful and fulfilling life. My main work with clients is to help and guide them through life's big challenges and turning points. They often find me when they feel stuck, unsure how to move forward and realising that what has worked so far just doesn't work any longer.
I have been running my own coaching-business for the past five years. I specialize in transitioning clients through challenging times by resolving self-sabotaging thought patterns and habits, improving their relationship with themselves and others, and increasing self-confidence through focused values-work. I am a lifelong learner, a ferocious reader and have been interested in the field of personal development & human performance ever since watching close family members battle with diagnoses such as bipolar depression or schizophrenia.
Aside from engaging in deep and meaningful discussions, I also greatly enjoy exercise & fitness of any kind, having competed in Crossfit and olympic weightlifting for the past 10 years and continue to coach others in these sports on the side. If I'm not coaching or training myself, I love to read anything I can get my hands on, taking part in a men’s group work, learning more about myself and the world around me, loving my wife and taking our French bulldog Speck out for walks in nature.

Here is how we work together:
First, we find out what exactly is going on. Often, the perceived problem you walk through the door with is not what is at the core of the matter.
Second, we answer the question (or give at least a good approximation to) "What do you really want?" When we know where your inner compass points toward, it's easier to stay the course along the way.
Third, we see what's in the way and what is preventing you from moving forward. We uncover what's holding you back so we can address and transform it properly.
As a certified Mindfuck®-Coach, I will provide you with a solid and strong foundation on how to effectively access your potential again which has temporarily been hidden behind your particular blocks. Sometimes, we tell ourselves stories that are not true and a detriment to our own progress.
Last, we create your individualized strategies and grounded action-taking that makes the difference you wish to see. Here, you bring your authentic vision and goals into reality.
