Can you please summarize the benefits of becoming a hellolife member in a few short sentences?

The moment you subscribe as a coach – either for a monthly or yearly membership – you will be able to promote your coaching business on hellolife. Our visitors will discover your profile, you will be able to publish articles on our blog, and potential customers will start to contact you.

We also offer our users who are looking to work with a coach to post a coach search request to describe their situation and get contacted by coaches who consider themselves a fit for the specific individual and situation. These coach search requests will be visible to all relevant coaches who match the client’s search criteria. If you would like to directly reply to a coach search request to introduce yourself to the client and discuss how you could help, hellolife will ask you to use credits (we call these ‘Hellos’) for this service. These hellos can be purchased separately.

What do I need hellos for?

Credits (‘Hellos’) are required to directly reply to potential customers who has posted a coach search request. This is an optional yet highly interesting possibility to directly engage with individuals who are in the imminent process of hiring a coach.

To ensure that coaches take the possibility to directly interact seriously and invest time in high quality answers, we introduced a small financial ‘hurdle’ in form of hellos. While the leads are high value as you have the possibility to directly approach a person in an acute coach search phase, the costs to do so stay extremely attractive in comparison of what you are used to pay for any click on a google ad (or similar).

What do I get if I don’t buy any credits (aka hellos)?
You will get access to all the features of hellolife. Your business will be promoted via your profile, and you are able to post articles on our blog to attract further interest to your business. Potential clients will be able to contact you without any barriers (as it happens, we don’t ask for commission). We even share all relevant coach search requests (potential leads) from individuals who describe their situation that could be fitting with your expertise. Only if you wish to reply to one of these leads, you will be asked to spend credits. They can be purchased easily right at the time you need them. That’s as easy as it gets.
How can I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before its renewal. Cancellation can be done any time. Your hellolife profile and benefits remain until your paid subscription period ends.

For a period of three months following the end of your subscription, you can easily reactivate your profile should you wish to return to the hellolife scene. Simply use your existing login details.

After three months a completely new registration at hellolife would be needed.

Can I change from a monthly to a yearly plan?

Of course. The other way round is possible as well. If you decide to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, changes will come into effect immediately, the already paid amount will be credited to your balance. You will not be charged further until your balance amount is fully used up.

Re-imbursement of already paid amounts is not foreseen.

What happens if I decide not to renew my subscription?

You can decide so at any given time and cancel your subscription (stop the auto-renewal). At the end of your paid subscription period, your profile will be taken offline by hellolife. The hellolife team might decide to keep your articles online. Obviously, you will continue to be clearly visible as the blog post author.

It will be easy for you to restart your subscription in case you changed your mind or timing fits better at a later point in time.

Is there a referral program at hellolife?

While we do not yet have a referral program in place, we would be more than excited to hear from you about other outstanding coaches who might be interested to join hellolife. Please contact us directly to discuss the situation in detail.

Why does hellolife not work with commission-based pricing?

hellolife’s mission is to connect clients with their perfect match of a coach. Once this is achieved and coach and client interact directly, our mission is accomplished, and we never want to be an annoying ‘man in the middle’. We don’t ‘force’ visitors to contact you via hellolife, in fact, we try to make it as easy as possible for them to directly reach out to you and browse straight to your website. Apart from that, it just does not fell right to ask you for a portion of your well-earned fee.

With a transparent subscription model, you can calculate well and see that just one new client in a year would make the costs for a hellolife subscription highly attractive.
