Nowadays people think everything is a new “fad” but ThetaHealing® has been around for a while and has proven to work time and time again. Why is that?
Everything consists of energy, and everything is connected.
Quantum theory researchers discovered that there is no difference between energy and matter because particles consist of energy, but so does the space between. This is known as zero-point energy.

When someone references an "aura," they're talking about the unseen energy field that surrounds all living things. And we all have it and are all affected by them. One way to think of auras is as the energy that someone around you emits. Some people make you on edge; others relax you. This is a reaction to the energy they radiate.
The human body creates an extraordinary amount of energy. The average human, at rest, produces around 100 watts of power. Over periods of a few minutes, humans can comfortably sustain 300-400 watts; and in the case of very short bursts of energy, such as sprinting, some humans can output over 2,000 watts.
And your brain? Well…your brain is a busy place. Brain waves are evidence of electrical activity produced by your brain through energy. When a group of neurons sends a burst of electrical pulses to another group of neurons, it creates a wave-like pattern. Brain waves are patterns of electrical activity occurring in the brain. They are crucial to all aspects of brain functioning: thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
There are five different types of brain waves, ranging from low to high frequency:
These are the slowest brain waves. They are generated in deep meditation and dreamless sleep. Healing and regeneration occur when the brain is in this state.
Theta waves also occur in sleep and during relaxation. They are indicative of an inner focus, and dreams and vivid imagery occur in this state.
Alpha waves occur during quiet, thoughtful times. Alpha waves indicate that the brain is in a resting state.
These are the most common pattern in the normal waking state. They occur when one is alert and focused on problem-solving.
These waves are the fastest and are associated with higher levels of consciousness.

The ThetaHealing® meditation technique was created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 during her personal journey to health. Her original book details her own healing journey and her connection to the Creator utilizing her meditation technique.
Each practitioner has his or her own style. In general, an appointment begins by the practitioner asking permission to connect to your energy. Then you will be asked what it is you would like to work on. Or, if you have nothing specific to work on, you might be asked, “If you could change anything in your life right now, what would it be?”
The ThetaHealing® technique has been used to address a wide variety of physical and emotional issues. A typical appointment includes an intuitive scan, belief work, and a healing. The practitioner will probably teach you to use a muscle test, to see what beliefs you have that may trigger the area you are seeking to change. Nothing is changed without your permission. And the practitioner should ask your verbal permission for every belief change and for any healing that is done.
Being open to energy healing, in general, would make it easier for practitioner to intuitively read you and start helping you. If you are only going to the session because someone said it would be good for you, but you're reluctant to take a deep look at your issues and have another person read your energy, you are not going to get as much out of the session as someone who is open.
Every person is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach to our coaching sessions. You can always rest assured that sessions are done in a safe and supportive area where you can freely explore all aspects of your life that you would like to change or improve.
Coming into the session with an attitude and intention of wanting positive change and being ready for positive change is also important. It's important to be clear on what issue you want to work on during the session and if you have an idea of how your issue is serving you or what you're learning because of the issue, this will rapidly accelerate the pace of your session.
