The world of coaching caught me like a magnet after 26 years in the corporate world. I stepped down as COO of Razin Group to start my freelance work as a coach. I have accumulated experience in corporate structures, management and administration.
In 2019 I became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. The amount of synergy between my experience and coaching exceeded my own expectations.
I coach in a very broad spectrum from personal to leadership and executive coaching. I love to make the transformational journey a fun one above all.
I am an advocate of mindfulness practice, healthy home cooking, walking, hiking and yoga.
He/she sat alone in a dark room. There were opportunities to be grabbed, flowers to be picked and experiences to be lived. Each corner of that room offered abundance of life. Yet, he/she was alone and it was dark. He/she did not see his/her feet but he/she could feel them. Then came along a coach who just put the lights on and held his/her hand and asked him/her to look at his/her feet. The coach moved near him/her and said: “come on, it might never be always safe, but your feet were made for this walk”. The room flourished in all colors of life, it is his/her choice alone now which way to go and grow.
