I am Tunisian and I am living in Tunisia.
I am an Electrical Engineer and I have now spent more than 30 years in different Operations, Leadership & Executive challenging positions in multinational companies in Tunisia. This experiences gave me the opportunities to enjoy seeing my Teams’ members continuously develop their skills, overcome challenges, set and achieve goals, and find greater fulfilment in their personal and professional lives. I therefore decided to follow an ICF Coaching Training to learn about technics and processes which could surely expand my coaching results with any Client who will choose me to be her or his partner to take the next step on a journey towards personal and professional growth.
Coaching and mentoring are parts of my passion and talents.
I use different tools, technics, and approaches which I learned either on Job or by ICF Coaching training which enable expanding coaching results of clients who look for unleashing their inner Potential and transforming their Lives.
I create with my clients the trust and the appropriate safe climate and connection to help them connect with themselves and achieve highest level of self-awareness. Actions are then undertaken by the Clients to start and pursue the changes which will bring them to the next level.
