I describe myself as an open, uncomplicated, spontaneous and lively person.
No matter what, I find a solution for everything. I am full of ideas, I lend a hand and I am passionate about what I do.

My professional background
I have a higher degree in Human Resource Management. I am a trained coach and adult educator and I have been studying personal transformation and mental toughness for the past 8 years.
I spent 15+ years as a Human Resource Manager in various companies in local and global environments. With the birth of my son 3 years ago, I decided to start my own business as an HR Consultant and Coach. An activity which gives me a lot of pleasure, keeps me dynamic, flexible and spontaneous and I can fully contribute my professional and personal experience.
In the field of coaching/mentoring I have established myself "outside the business world". My clients approach me with very "everyday issues". Often they already have a fixed desire or goal and are looking for a sparring partner who can support with an outside perspective. This is where I see my strength: finding out what you really want and then working out the possibilities and the path to your desired goal together.
As a private person, I am a mom with heart and soul. I spend a lot of time outdoors with my family and our dog. I keep myself fit with bodyart training and enjoy quiet and relaxing moments in my favorite places in nature.
